Scalp count not increasing

Hi, my scalp count appears to not be increasing as I kill humans.

My info says that my humans slain = 29, but I have killed around 10 humans without this amount increasing. I'm not sure how long it has been on 29, I have only been paying attention for the last few days since I first noticed my scalp count not increasing.

Just wondering if this is a bug, or if there is something I have missed?

You get scalps from people 2 levels below you

Okay, that answers my question.. I thought you could get scalps from players of all levels. Thank you D3v1lt.
