«Legend: Legacy of the Dragons»

Administration is guided by the follwoing set of rules when reviewing your Clan Applications.
Administration reserves the right to amend these rules and make decisions at its own discretion.
If you repeatedly return a rejected application without making constructive corrections to it, it can get deleted without a tax refund.

1. Symbol and Quality Requirements:
1.1. The symbol must be submitted in 13 x 13 pixels resolution. Gif is the only accepted format.
1.2. The symbol can not be animated.
1.3. The symbol should have a transparent background. There is no need of placing the symbol on a colored background. If you do not know what a transparent background is or how to make one, consult with an expert.
1.4. If possible, find a professional artist. The symbol design should not be too primitive.
1.5. The symbol should have a unique design within the project "Legend: Legacy of the Dragons", it can not be a complete copy of an already existing symbol, except for cases of mutual agreement between clans, but even then the color scheme of the symbol should differ from the original.
1.6. The symbol must be original.
1.7. The symbol should be clear. Someone who does not know the name of the clan should be able to understand what is depicted in the symbol. An exception to this rule can be made for original, qualitative abstract symbols. An abstract symbol is one that clearly does not pretend to be understood by others.
1.8. The symbol should show an object as a whole. You can not use, for example, a part of a human face or a part of an animal.
1.9. Real world national symbolism such as flags or crests may not be submitted.
1.10. Religious symbols such as crosses, crescents, "yin-yan", menorahs may not be submitted.
1.11. The symbol should be designed so that it looks and feels like they belong within the fantasy universe of "Legend: Legacy of the Dragons". You may not use references to common everyday motives/objects like mobile phones, modern guns, modern vehicles; signs of currencies, pacifism, radioactivity; references to real-world sport teams, among other references that fit poorly within the genre.
1.12. Imagery of animals, cartoon characters and similar are also not appropriate for the fantasy genre.
1.13. Fascist, nationalistic, racist and any other political symbolism may not be submitted.
1.14. Imagery related to narcotics, drugs, slavery and other illegal activity may not be submitted.
1.15. Copyrighted material may not be submitted. In case of the right holder's appeal, the symbol is removed and 7 days are given to provide a new symbol.
1.16. The symbol must comply with the general rules of the game and the game legislation in general.
1.17. You can not use real world brands, such as Playboy, Mercedes, BMW, Mitsubishi, Ferrari.
1.18. You can not use emoticons.
1.19. You can not use in-game icons. For example: the symbol of your race, the curse icon, etc.

2. Name Requirements:
2.1. The name must comply with the general rules of the game and gaming legislation in general.
2.2. The name must be unique within the project "Legend: Legacy of the Dragons", it can not impersonate or parody the name of any existing clan.
2.3. The name can not consist of full CAPS LOCK, have special characters and have an alternation of UpPeRcAsE and LoWeRcAsE letters.
2.4. The name can not contain references to real-world countries, territories, settlements and other geographical objects, as well as real-world nationalities. For example: USSR, Russians, knights of France, the German brotherhood, Magmars of Wales, etc.
2.5. The name can not contain religious symbols. For example: "angel", "demon", "heaven", "hell", names of Catholic orders, etc.
2.6. The name can not reflect, glorify or emulate any real-world group or organization, terrorist society, criminal elements, discriminating organizations or their leaders and figureheads. This includes the use of names of real-world military, political or religious groups.
2.7. The name can not be obscene, vulgar, sexually explicit, offensive, hurtful, harmful, promote drugs, profane and ethnically, racially or sexually offensive or impart any real-world hostility toward a specific nationality, race or religion or contain any other violations of the current rules of "Legend: Legacy of Dragons".
2.8. The name should be in English.

3. Clan Information Requirements.
3.1. Clan information can not contain any names, veiled expressions, abbreviations, figures and numerical values citing slogans, appeals, inscriptions that are in any way related to national socialism, Nazism, fascism, racism, extremism, terrorism.
3.2. Clan information can not be offensive, obscene, vulgar, sexually explicit, offensive, hurtful, harmful, promote drugs, profane and ethnically, racially or sexually offensive or impart any real-world hostility toward a specific nationality, race or religion, as well as any direct or indirect insults of "Legend: Legacy of Dragons" players and clans.
3.3. Clan information must comply with all the current rules of "Legend: Legacy of Dragons".

4. Penalties for violations
4.1. If names/symbols are identical or similar, priority is given to the clan that has registered them first or provided proof of authorship over the symbol.
4.2. In the event of authorship violation, the symbol is removed from the violator clan and they are given 7 days to provide a new symbol. Should they not provide a new symbol during the specified period, the clan gets disbanded.
4.3. In the event of subparagraphs 3.1-3.3 violation The Clan Leader is issued a warning. Should they not correct the violations, the clan gets disbanded.

5. Other cases
5.1. In other cases, not mentioned above, Administration has the right to act at its own discretion.
