After completing his duty on the ranger district, ranger decided to have a rest near the creek, surprised he noticed that there are no fresh traces of animals near the popular drinking place. Trying to figure out the cause of this phenomenon he started to explore the meadow, moments later he stumbled upon truncated body of a young hunter.

This terrible discovery shocked the ranger: based on the character of the injuries, it did not seem like the man was the loot of the wild animal. The next day the story repeated itself: yet another hunter became a victim of the unknown murderer.
 

Sometime later, the identity of the soul taker was brought to light: it was the mighty Ancient Arboris, hateful of human and magmar race, who came to the ranger district and started relentlessly killing hunters.
