2020 has really been an eye opener. It's crazy how much some people have changed.
"Love" can create happiness but can also envelop you in sadness. Time is the ultimate test, and unfortunately, peoples perspective may change and they will tell you that they love you less and less, which will eventually lead to a broken heart. Be careful who you open your heart to.
Time is love. It is the most precious commodity in the world and should be lavished on those we care most about. It is the greatest gift you can recieve, and the greatest gift you can give to somebody. Because it's a portion of your lives that you'll never get back.
You don't need to waste your time on someone who only wants you around when it fits their needs. Surround yourself with people that challenge how you think; not people that just nod their head and act like they agree. Be yourself, don't change for anyone or anything.
It hurts when you have someone in your heart but you can't have them in your arms. You can't hold them tight when they are in need of warmth. You cannot wipe away their tears when they are upset. You cannot see them crack a smile when you're trying to liven their mood. You cannot whisper soothing words into their ears to bring them tranquil thoughts. You cannot stare into their eyes to calm their restless soul. You can only say you are sorry, but not express it with actions. But the worst thing of all, is you cannot physically comfort them when they are feeling sad or lonely.
Ignorance is a poison that kills love and friendship, and all good feelings.
Some people are oblivous to how much they are hurting you. They are blinded by their self loathing and egotistical mindset.
