Candidate Requirements

• You must be 18 years or older.
  
• Fluent in English - if you also know German, that would be an additional advantage.
  
• You must have at least a Level 4 game character.
  
• You must have at least 180 days (6 months) of active playtime on your character.
  
• You must download Telegram and Discord for communication.

We are currently prioritizing applications from German and Turkish speaking candidates.

By submitting your application, you confirm that you meet all of these requirements!

How will the application process proceed?

1. Submit your application below (make sure to fill in all required fields. You can find the template at the end of this post).
   
2. Once your application status changes to "In Progress", you will be contacted by the Head Mentor (HM) or Assistant Head Mentor (AHM).
   
3. We will have a short conversation to evaluate your knowledge and determine if you are ready for training. During this time, we will also check your character for rule violations.
   
4. Training will take approximately 10 hours, during which you will practice answering questions about the game (especially frequently asked ones). Throughout the training, the trainer will also guide you to prepare for the Mentor role.
   
5. After training, HM or AHM will assess your performance, and HM will decide whether to accept you into the Mentor team!
