The quest starts when you receive a letter from a mysterious nobleman via game post:

*The letter is written in large, uneven characters that somehow have a certain kind of elegance to them. The text reads:*
"Brave warrior!
The Mountain Kingdom is in need of your help. We pay well. Details disclosed in person. I am waiting in my abode on the square.
Borrg, the Nobleman of the Royal court."

Goal: You have received a letter from a mysterious nobleman. You need to go to the rendezvous point at O'Delvays City Square / Square of Fire.

Go to O'Delvays City Square / Square of Fire and choose the "To the Nobleman's apartment" option in the locations list. There, talk to Borrg the Nobleman.


Goal: Go to the Mountain King's Treasury and complete the following tasks:
- Defeat a Rebel Golem [20] . Progress: 0;
- Collect Lava Core while hunting. Progress: 0;
- Learn how the locking mechanism works. Progress: 0;
- Defeat the Leader of the Rebel Golems [20] . You can enter the hall by opening the doors of the treasury. To do that, you must wait for the time to expire, or collect Lava Core 100 pcs. Progress: 0.
The reward given for the boss may differ depending on the number of cores collected.

Choose "Go looking for treasury" from the location list.

• The instance is open for 1 hour, and once it closes it is available again in 1 minute.
  
• You need a group to enter. Size of the group: 1-3 players.
  
• It works like limbo - all players need to be at the entrance (the location that looks like an entrance to a stone cave), otherwise they will not get the reward!

Once you enter the instance, you will receive an effect - Melting Time for 10 minutes. In this time you need to gather as many Lava Core as possible (up to 100). The more Cores you get, the better the rewards at the end. (Each player in the group needs to collect the Cores on their own - the reward you get depends on the Cores you collect, not those gathered by the whole group.)

There are 3 ways to get Lava Cores:

• Gathering in the hunt screen: +3 Cores (purple filter)
  
• Hunting Rebel Golems [20] : +15 Cores per fight.
  
• Solving puzzles (choose Study the mechanism in the location list): +15 Cores per puzzle (5x5 puzzles, 5 possible variants - check at the end of the post for solutions).

Please note:: For the quest you need to try each of the method at least once! After that you can choose whichever method works best for you.

After 10 minutes (or once you get 100 Cores), you will not get any more Cores and a passage to the Leader of the Rebel Golems [20] will be unlocked.

For the boss fight, take some scrolls of purification (or use arrows) to remove Heated Carapace. You can also use summons and mounts (it doesn't have the shackles skill that prevents mount effects).

The fight rewards include Tempered Lava Cores, Diamonds of Cognition, reputation of the Saviors of the Mountain Kingdom and other things. The boss counts as a superbeing for activity.

After the fight, remember to open the treasuries. Each of them can be opened up to 3 times (9 times in total), by each player separately!

Goal: All tasks have been performed. Time to go back to the Nobleman.

Goal: Purchase any goods in the Nobleman's shop.

Click on the Nobleman's shop in Borrg's location. Then go to the Special goods tab and purchase Nobleman's Mysterious Goods. It is unpacked automatically (you get a message in chat).


Goal: The weight of the newest purchases is making the backpack pleasantly hefty. Time to go back to the Nobleman.

Goal: Go to the Mountain King's Treasury lost in the mountains and try to discover that which has been eluding you before.

At this point, you need to complete the instance 5 more times to obtain Mysterious Fragments (you get it by defeating the boss in the instance).

When you have all 5 fragments, go to the instance again and try to restore the artifact.

Clicking 'Use' on the fragments will start the fight, so make sure to prepare before that!

You will be attacked by Sins of the Ruler [20] .

• Remove Gift of Avarice with scrolls of purification.
  
• You can also find scrolls of antidote useful for Gift of Pride.
  
• When it has 35% hp remaining, it will use Gift of Fear - retribution effects might be useful (scrolls, arrows).
  
• Level 11-15 players may find it easier to use physical hits.
  
• The mob's hp will inrease with each thing you summon (mounts, wraiths...).
  
• Other players will not be able to join the fight.

After the fight, return to the Nobleman to finish the quest.

Reward: Tempered Lava Cores x300, 225 reputation of the Saviours of the Mountain Kingdom.

After the quest, you can continue to do the instance.

There are weekly limits for the rewards:

• 1000 Tempered Lava Cores
  
• 500 Diamonds of Cognition
  
• 225 reputation

If you purchase the King's Shattered Crown from Nobleman's shop, you will be able to get up to 250 reputation per week.


If you kill the boss fast enough, you will get an additional reward: 50x Inspiration of Datkhar and 50x Tempered Lava Cores.
