Invasion level for Derelict House is incoorect

I am LV8 but it said the invasion level for the DH was 9:
26/MAR-2011
"17:44 The invasion level for this copy of the Derelict House now equals 9. Therefore, the Rune Keys can only be obtained from Lingraonts."

Did this change???
