Can not login

Dear Admins,
One of my friend registered under the referral of -hero-. With the nickname 'Darkhorse'. But he was not able to log in so first i tried to recover password but i got a message that the mail id i entered is not registered. Then i reregister him with the nickname of 'TheDarkHorse', but he was not able to login then also. Then i Registered him with a different mail id with the nickname 'TheDarkstallion'. That too was not working.
Is this something to do with the IP as we share the same IP.
Please Guide.
