The Tindalos Hounds event

I found the portals but after i searched about 50+ of them and nothing attacked me and now i cant seem to find the portals enymore

1. I have quest from Necromancer: "Tindalos Hounds. Try to find some help in order to repel the attack of the Tindalos Hounds."
2. I picked cosmic abnormality many times and nothing happed.
In news you write from lvl4, but where is the problem?

event tindalos

it was really annoying news said this tindalos event is from lvl 4, but lvl 4 were not allowed to take part.
It sounds like a really nice event and it was mean to ban people including lvl 4 from this event.
