Black dragon recipe

seriously requires you to have 60 alchemist skill. im sure many of you felt the same way when you finally get this achievement and your restricted once again to change and level up on something you never planned to do.. any way around it? any smart way to do without alchemist skill

Talk to the heart in BOE den. You can do BD there as long as you have the recipe. Been like that since BoE rep was announced in the game.
