shiass reputation

Currently it says that grey badge is available only from lv 15,
some months ago, I saw lv 14 with grey badge, and I really wonder how to get it,
not that I care that much, but would be nice to gain one more medal :).

Do you know how to get it?

im going to guess the shaiss card pack? maybe a lvl15 friend had it so it summons the scolopendra. if you have the 5 sacral knowledge then you'll get the drop for rep but dont have access to the instance until lvl15

Could it be that he completed it with sparks? Don't know how the rep works, but from what I've seen you can get up to 300 rep at lvl 14 by normal means, however in the restrictions about reputation in the rep page it says nothing about level 14-15 with gray medal, first restriction is lvl 16 on green. In reputation rating it places the gray medal at lvl 15 but that page is a bit wonky.
