Cleaving Blow Quest

Ok Got the Diaries, Killed the Bog Elf, Got my Torch and went to the Forgotton Library.
Now here is where the problem is, No Scroll of Summoning Shadows
Checked the 3rd Shelf Left Side Stash near the exit and nothing.
Checked the 3rd Shelf Right Side Stash near the exit and nothing.
Checked the 4th Shelf Right Side Stash near the exit and nothing.
Checked the 4th Shelf Right Side Stash far end and (got Pile of Papers) but no Scroll of Summoning Shadows
Checked the Stash on the floor and nothing
Checked the Candlerabra and nothing.
Checked the Chalice and nothing.
Question: Am I missing something?
Remember it's only a Game. So enjoy it. Real life will intrude soon enough.

ok... this might surprise you but it's not you its the game... read carefully:

the stash that you're looking for, it's covered by the BANDIT game, like, right there, and sadly you cant get rid of the bandit thingie at the corner of the screen... trust me.. i did this a few months ago, and as soon as the bandit event ended, i was able to click the stash and get the quest done
