[MARCH EVENT] The magic lamp



Warrior!
While you listen to CrackerJack's latest adventure, you can get creative and make an artifact to fulfill his wish for a magic lamp.
What will your lamp look like?

Your task:
Craft a magic lamp or an alternative artifact of your choice fitting the desert theme, from various materials. Write a short text (3-5 sentences) about what makes your artifact so special.
Please note: the photographed picture must have a note with your handwritten name in the game!


The Jester will determine the winners according to the following criteria:
1. Effort
2. Idea/Motive
3. Handicraft skills
4. Overall impression

Bastel aus verschiedenen Materialien eine Zauberlampe oder einen alternativen Gegenstand deiner Wahl, passend zum Wüstenthema. Schreibe einen kurzen Text (3–5 Sätze), der beschreibt, was dein Artefakt so besonders macht.
Bitte beachte: Das abfotografierte Bild muss einen Zettel mit deinem handschriftlichen Namen im Spiel enthalten!

Hallo und vielen Dank für diese Aufgabe.

Ich habe eine sogenannte Explosionsbox entworfen, die sich entfaltet, sobald mal den Deckel abnimmt. Hier allerdings nur offen fotografiert

Meine Idee war die Wüstenlandschaft mit Kamelen und Pyramiden mit einzubinden und aufgrund der aktuellen Quest habe ich Cracker Jack zum Flaschengeist umfunktioniert. Links im Bild sieht man einen Goldhaufen, symbolisch für etwas, das man sich wünscht. (entstanden aus Glitzer und Schmucksteine)


Die komplette Box ist 10x10cm groß
Arbeitszeit: 3 Stunden

Hello and thank you for this challenge.


I designed a so-called explosion box that unfolds as soon as you remove the lid. However, this photo is only taken openly.


My idea was to incorporate the desert landscape with camels and pyramids, and due to the current quest, I transformed Cracker Jack into a genie. On the left side of the picture, you can see a pile of gold, symbolizing something you wish for. (Created from glitter and gemstones)


The complete box measures 10 x 10 cm
Working time: 3 hours

Meine eigene Wüste mit Wunderlampe

Die Pyramiden halb versunken im Sand, wie man sie dereinst fand.
Vor Freude noch ganz trunken, bin ich dann halb im Sand versunken.

Die Pyramiden sind aus Modelliermasse, der Sand ist aus Sankt Peter Ording, die kleine Flasche stand unschuldig in der Küche. Die dubiose alkoholische Flüssigkeit habe ich kurz gekostet, dann verklappt und durch Olivenöl mit Docht ersetzt. Die Alternative wäre ein Teelicht gewesen, das fand ich dann aber nicht so schick. Und natürlich das Gurkenglas.

Arbeitszeit ca. 2-3 Tage zum Trocknen der Modelliermasse, das Essen der Gurken hat knapp eine Woche gedauert (war ein Scherz, hier stehen immer leere Gurkengläser herum), Pyramiden bemalen und alles zusammenfügen ca. 4 Stunden.


Vielen Dank auch von mir für die Aufgabe. Hat Spaß mal wieder gemacht.

This magical lamp, made from cardboard and paper, glows with a deep red hue thanks to colorful LED lighting and a glossy finish created using white glue. Inside, it hides a white rabbit – a unique companion who plays an important role in CrackerJack’s story. The lamp is more than just an object – it’s a gateway to a tale that continues to unfold among the desert sands. Its twisted shape and mysterious glow draw in anyone brave enough to dive into the magic :)


Dimensions of the lamp: 27 cm x 18 cm.
Total working time: 7 hours. The drying time of the glue caused slight delays in the process.
