Sorry to ask here, but I just wanted to be sure about it...
A player is having some troubles with Warlord's Misgortune quest and he claims a NPC doesn't give him the option to start a quest dialog and thus restraining him from continuing forht...
Here's a link to the information gathered so far, if you can please check whether it is a game bug or player error...?
