just how, how do you, a functioning human being with at least an average IQ who can type "warofdragons.com" to his/her search bar (optional: download the game client), sign up, then remember his/her e-mail and password (or neither one if you just chose the remember option in the main page), then log in, then go to the forums, then read that there's a monthly lottery where everyone is able to submit numbers and get a chance to win rubies just come here, read that the thread was made by lososerg, the community manager before the previous one who was Lisad and then say "hmmmm, this thread was made 4 years ago, this must be where i submit the numbers" JUST HOW??!?!?!?!
