Berling [7] Northern Roar effect is not working. The bear is supposed to cast after taking the effect (as the regular ice bears) but in the instance after taking the effect the bears do not cast.
It's been few months since the instance exist and it it accessible but seems no ne fixed it and no players have reported the bug.
