I joined game on thursday, and found out about this quest, i reached lvl 2, took loan and bought and found all figuirines needed by friday morning, then i went to eelder he said find someone to go to Polad Badlands, i went into pub, talked to layla, she wither wanted 5 shiz beers or 2 gold, i gave 2 gold, THAT WAS STILL FRIDAY and the quest was finihsing on Sunday. After i gave her gold i tried to go to polar badlands, but i couldnt, when ever i clicked boat there was loading and then i was back at vurdaliya, nothing happened! And no this was not because quest time was over, my freinds were still doing the quest, you can ask others, i was trying to do it within time and it was with in time! There was a bug! I also showed Calamity Jayne, she also accepted it was bug, so did mentors, I was doing it before 21st, i was doing it on 18th!
If the thing is that lvl 2 cant do it! then i will say that in all your news posts, you did not write anykind of lvl allowance, you and not written anywhere this quest is for lvl 3 or lvl 4 and above!
