Glitch with fireflowers

Hey, mates - there is problem with fireflowers... the same one keeps appearing in same position - it mine fails four times (at least) in a row - then lets you pick it - then stuck in same place for many mine fails...etc. please help to fix?

There is no glitch. It's quite likely to fail when picking fireflowers.
