Sry to open a new thread for the same thing but Cross Knight closed the last one.

First you tell me the quest is open for me to do this.

Then you tell me only Lv11 players can do this and heal magical wounds.

Ok, so please answer me this, why am I already a Lv9 Healer? Yes I'm only lv6 player, but what does the fact that the wound is "Magical" have to do with healing it? or for that matter being a Lv11 mage to heal it? a wound is a wound just higher lv, it just lasts 2 hrs longer than a Lv8 wound. Surely something is wrong here??

I might be wrong in this but was of the understanding on Russian server your healing lv continued to increase in the normal fashion IE lv1 wounds gave 1 healing rep etc, and your healer lv increased until you could heal Lv9, Lv10 etc. Why has this been changed on this server.

Please can I have a sensable answer and not a sarcastic comment, as this is really annyoing me right now after spending lots of time and a considerable amount of money to reach Lv9 healer, just to be told sorry it was just a joke your still really Lv8 despite what it shows on your character.
