What happend with drop of evil eye, 5h only 1 EE when usually 2/3 per hours

what happend same char same gear same bless same amount of monsters killed mhhhh very intersting

I'm the only one like that ? or someone else noticed that too ?

I haven't noticed any change in drop rate, I get around 15 ee every rainy for last 2 weeks. Seems to be working fine.

It's because you're level 6, I used to get 23 eyes a rage in level 6.
