Lose für die Lotterie

Wie wird das nun mit den Losen gehandhabt?
Werden die nur gezählt, wenn man die noch im Inventar hat oder werden die auch gezählt, wenn man die schon angewendet hat?
Denn wenn die angewendeten nicht zählen würden, warum habt ihr sie dann zur Anwendung freigegeben?
