Legend: Legacy of the Dragons Forum

Hi Everyone,

I played War of Dragons in this server, I don't know maybe 8 years ago. In the recent weeks, I remember this game and try to give it a shot. My current player in this server is 3 lvl, with maybe no exp and no items. With all the catching up on the events, reputations and state of the game, I spend a few days on the forum and observed that the real game starts after 11 lvl and try to accomplish to be a mage with no that much of focus on the valor - also given that not one crystal, arena or any battlefields are completely empty for low levels.

On the other part, with some join on the events and help of profession, I manage to hoard a bit gold but could not find any set items (green or blue) in the auction or exchange. I try to buy a full set for making my exp gain easier, also side questing for some reputation, but in this state, with no items and spare gold, I find myself more and more outcast on the state. Many of my level either finished their set and stall their progress with their own choice or got the novice set which fully covers the character until level 6. I am not expecting a "get out of the jail free" card to complete my sets or non-increased parts in an instance, but in the previous states, it was possible to at least go with baby steps. So I was asking what is the baby steps in this current state of the game. I feel like if I can get part by part, I could catch up with the other things more easily in the later levels.

So asking for advice, within the course, how can I start my steps, especially on the gear part.
