When you get splinters, your negators of unarius (assuming you were wearing them) are not unequipped, which doesn't make sense since you can't equip them if you have a splinter. Also, when you are picking fire flowers and get a burn, if you're using a pickaxe it gets unequipped which is logical...but if you're using a weapon (cutthroat broadsword for me)...that gets unequipped too...which doesn't really make sense to me.
