For some reason i can't get in the client.i've installed and nothing on the update it just gives me a bunch of letters and numbers.also i have add and remove it but nothing and last i remove the cookies and temp stuff and still nothing
Be sure you have completely removed all the data. This means deleting the files manually if necessary. They are located in your programs directory. Once you have removed all the files from your machine, update your Internet Explorer to the latest version available, since the client uses some of its components. Afterwards adjust your security settings for the internet. If you have done this, install a fresh copy of the client and run it using administrive rights.
