/instinfo partly in russian

today after kretch lair I got this data from /instinfo:
03:00 Instance (05367116) Логово Крэтсов (1h 52min)available, link: FAVORIT [9] , Jahangir [10] , Shaggy89 [10] , marensman [9] , preXlPa [9] , Argentoris_I [10]
Zigred Hive and Gurraldiy Korr were listed correctly.

it appears to only happen with open instances. went to 3 today:

once the instance closes it is shown correctly
