fight screen not loading at PL server while using client!

it didn't load my character and it frozen from fight start till end.............it really suck!
my connection is not bad at that time, I can fight pretty well.......

In any battlefield fight screen is not loading , i joined arena today and 1 day ago cc , but same result i got, please admin do something, this is very unbearable matter
