Curse of Silence

Hi i was cursed for impersonating a mentor. I admit that i was wrong and i am even sorry for this, but i didnt know that it was against the chat rule otherwise i would have never done this. Also i was cursed without any warning. So i would just like to ask that is there a possibility that the time of my curse can be reduced to 30 days. please

For complaints about curse of silence you will need to use the appropriete thread, which would be sending an email to support stating your claim, and reason for dissagreement of punishment.
