My acchivs not counted, one old one new:

Earn 1500 reputation in the main city of your race.
Study the Encyclopaedia of Chaos Elixirs.
Admins please put them on earned list.

You will need to do the event for past achievments from Bludaria when it rolls around, this event sometimes needs to be done multiple times to recieve all the missing achievments. it took me 3 tries at the event before i got my missing city rep achieve. :)
