lost quest item

Current goal:Using the Great Scroll of Unarius, travel back in time and find the Cloak of the Last Departure. Using the Amulet of Return return with it to Pandrik the Wise at Light’s Edge.

dont have the shroll and its possible that my rep. is lower then before

I am sure that I have comleted it, and than I was on vacation,
so I am back in game, opening my quest lists and there its

so if you could give me the shroll, I could continue the quest (probably)
because I dont want decline it and restart from beginning
