problem to decline "good for hire" quest

hello, i need help, i want decline "good for hire" quest and i cant. Bringers of evil man (fanatic) dont give me the option to decline the quest, and in the quest guide dont have thje bottom to decline.
My ejecutioner points (42) are deleted, and i dont want made the brother of the virtue rep.
Anybody can help me??

You Need to go to the BOE guy and tell him you are not ready for this quest yet.

The quest will be cancelled and your exe skill will come back.
