Causes of the Sickness

Passed: Bring to Khorsungum Energy Sphere (8 pcs.) and Skin of the Enemy Fragment (3 pcs.).
Passed: Go to Elder Verkiry, bring him the cure and ask him about rumors abour the mysterious sickness.
Passed: Find out what are the potential causes of the sickness.
Passed: Bring Koeshu Ragtikron Leather (2 pcs.) and Bubbly Metal (2 pcs.)
Passed: Continue the search of sickness' source
Passed:
Passed: Start searching for the lost bell. (http://warofdragons.com/artifact_info.php?artikul_id=1003193)

Current goal: Go to the mountain gorge to search for the source of the sickness.

i have got the bell like 2 - 3 times, for once or 2 i advanced 1 or 2 stages..

Do nto understand the mater fo your question?

You passed the step that requite the Bell and you still receive it while gatherring resources or you found it and can not proceed with the next step in the quest?

You need to talk to the Mage at Gorge of Gondi. He ask you to deliver Spheres form Arena/Temple and Enemy Skins.

About the bell - might be glitch as have few extra myself.
