'Speak with Galash the Merchant about using the amulet.'

Hi,

there's this quest 'Speak with Galash the Merchant about using the amulet.' at port by the NPC: Galash the Merchant, telling me to use this quest item: http://warofdragons.com/artifact_info.ph…ct_id=321290023

i used like 3 or 5 times, 3 i recall, but nothing happened, just transferred me to regular maps...

how to proceed with the quest?

now i click use of the amulet (quest item), nothing happens...
