Reading the amount of energy left

On the bar it shows X/151 But sometimes I forget i already spend the energy for the day, it is annoying :noo:

Are there any ways to see the amount you have left to earn for the day without visiting the estate?

You can see how much energy you have earned during the day in your attributes page, where the reps are. Then do the math
