rune for shield

i wanna make a rune for Generalist shield that i use for mining, is there any?
as i am BC i cannot append a HW rune to it, right?

Be careful though, i think runes generalist armor count as class armor so you WILL recieve penalty if you are other class

You can only apply a secondary weapon rune which is either HW or Dodger one. If you do so, then your BC set bonus will get decreased as the game will consider that you add a HW/Dodger armor as your shield will be nolonger generalist.
