If you're valor capped and would like to do Agudar's Feats,you still can do it.You will only receive a certificate that gives instant 50.000 valour when you level up instead of receiving 50.000 valour directly when you finish the feat.you can collect the red badges 10 pcs and lv-up,dont exchange the badges,in lv4 automatic agudars feat,when you have the 10 pcs in backpack

That is against rules :'(In addition, if you want to turn in badges that badly, you can intentionally leave battlefields to lose valor below cap.
It isn't against rules, you leave BF - you lose valour and have to pay penalty if you want que again in next few hours.
It's not allowed:
- participate in fights with a previously agreed outcome;
- agree with the opposite side on: slots,blessings, completing quests, collection resources
- agree with opposite side on the use of summons/mounts
- participation on BFs naked or without minimal battlefield requirements
- enter battlefields and not to take part in the course of the battlefield
