Crucible 16

Just wondering why people aren't always up for this?

I'm relatively new to 16, so I might be missing something, but it's a 0-damage fight, 2v2, and win or lose you get the stuff that helps for resins......easy free valor, scalp, and bonus....why is there never anyone down?
