[May Mess] Monster Murder

I only realised there was this quest yesterday from Elder Baguron and thought it was a one time quest I was lucky I found in time - but just picked it up again a few minutes ago thus realising it's a new daily quest that I've missed all week. I wouldn't had found it at all had it not been for a quest I was doing that needed me to speak to him.
So...any chance of UPDATING the Library so everyone knows about it please!!
More importantly - Same goes for other new quests that I may or may not have found in earlier seasonal monthly events this year or months to come.
I was hoping more quests came due to increase in rewards that can be bought, which is welcome, but it would have also been nice to have been informed of them in the Library or in the news at least - unless I missed it?.
