Anyone know if paypal is bugged again? Bought some diamonds couple hours ago and they still aren't here. All past purchases have arrived within 2 minutes lately.

Paypal still has issues in forwarding the money to their destinations. Administration therefore still recommends if possible to choose and use other payment methods.
