Demon Hound fur item

Hi,
can somebody tell me what is this item for?

I can't find it in any quests and I don't know what to do with it...

There are a few quests connected to this, I think the reason you can't find it is because you got gizedor's quest (the quest where you have to give 10 tuft of fur from demon hounds + green level 3 sparkling crystal) and that's why you can't see it. Try talking to gizedor. I can't remember it that well, but I think you also need small sparkling crystal on you to progress on the quest.
It's better to be silent and be thought a fool than to speak and remove all doubt. What's even better is to weaponize your words to destroy anyone who dares challenge you.

This is a Gizedor Quest (In Plateau of Silence).
Asking for demon hound's fur (10 pcs), baby atshi (You can get it from Bats Den, clicking on the atshi) and small sparkling crystal (green).
