people with them are out, but many people dont have them, or dont have emanations for bov, and plenty are lvl 4 with no access to them, unfortunatly its not a fix

Today's battles have not started. I left the brotherhood of chastity faster amu because of the item time. My friends got a cache when released by the administration. I do not. How can I handle this matter?
