good, 6 months ago I saved money in the bank in the savings services section, when the established period passed I withdraw them, but the money did not return to the purse, I do not know if there is a waiting time or I would like someone to answer that because I think that gold was lost thanks

you should get money instantly after withdrawing money. If you are sure that money disappeared - contact support.
