magmars harassment

Do attacks by a player of an enemy race 3 times in 2 minutes constitute harassment? I am level 7 and Magmar is level 16, and he attacked me 3 times in 2 minutes.

It is not.

Attack rule only protects until level 7 after that you are not protected by it and especially fights between different races after same level cap are mainly not suspected to Destructive Actions given this is a game about war between races.
If knowledge is power then why i cant prevent my life going downhill?


Amount of people who cant read is both impressing and depressing.
