Quests are specific tasks given to you by different
inhabitants of Faeo. By completing their tasks, you will receive various rewards: experience,
elixirs,
combat equipment, and many more!
You can obtain your
first quests from the
settlement chief.

Magmars will find their chief,
Torgor, sitting on his Zorb on the right-hand side of the
Settlement of Chernag, whilst

Humans will find Chief
Kort leaning on his tiger on the left-hand side of the
Settlement of Klesva. They will help you with the first steps and show you the way to the capitals -
O’Delvays and
Dartrong.
It is here that your adventures will begin, leading you across the entire world of Faeo to meet its inhabitants, solve problems, defeat enemies, search for answers and make tough decisions. These decisions will not only change the outcome of any given quest but also help to decide your entire fate in the world of Faeo.
By clicking on the image of the Chief on the screen, or by clicking his name in the right-hand menu, you will be shown all the quests that he currently has available for you.
Click the “Next” button by the quest you want to find out more about and you will enter into a dialogue with the NPC (non-player character). They will explain the task ahead and name possible solution methods.
Choose your replies by clicking the bold text beneath the dialogue. It will have a little speech bubble next to it, and there may be more than one option for you to choose. So think carefully before you make your choice.

Important that you read through what the NPC is telling you, very carefully, as his words may contain some important clues to help you solve the quest.
All the quests you take on and their current status are shown in the quest log where you can also find a reminder of your current goal.
You can access the quest log by clicking the quest button from the menu displayed on the right side of your screen.
The quest log summarises which quests you have accepted, gives a
description of the quest and shows your
current goal. To do this, click
the
button next to the quest you want to look at. You can also
decline the quests in the quest log by clicking "
decline", which is worth doing if you feel you have chosen the wrong path or want to re-do part of a quest.
In the course of a quest, you will have to speak to other quest characters who might be able to help you complete your tasks. These characters live in various buildings across Faeo and you may feel lost. To find your way in the world of Faeo, you can use the minimap or the large game map, it will help you choose the right path and get detailed information about the terrain to explore.
You can find the map of the game by clicking the
map bubble on top of your screen and choosing the
world option. On the panel in the upper-right corner, you can see who lives at your location, and which monsters as well as resources are available by moving your mouse cursor over the icons. You can also switch locations by double-clicking the little bridge icon. You can also use the
Navigator to help find NPCs, monsters, resources and other locations.

Important! Pay attention to the picture of your current location as you might find a game character (NPC) living in any part of it, be it an abandoned mine, a hut in the forest, or even some indistinguishable little backwater.
There are a few different signs that you can see in the NPCs you come to:
- Important quest that has a high significance for the game character. They are the main quests you should complete.
- Ordinary quests
- Recurring quests, these quests can be repeated after a certain period.
- Special actions of the game character, including upgrading your mounts, producing powerful elixirs, and exchanging resources.
- The faded sign means that the quest will be available in the next level.
- Clan quests.
The Clan Quest has several special restrictions:
- Only the clan leader can start or decline the quest;
- If the clan leader changes during the quest, the quest will be automatically rejected and all the objectives achieved will be lost.
- If you leave the clan before completing the quest, the quest will be automatically dropped.
- If you join a clan that is in the middle of the quest, you will automatically receive the quest with the same goal as the other clan members.
Pro tip 1: If you want to find out where a character lives, have a look at the
Game Characters section in the Library. You can also find locations, characters, resources and monsters by using the
Navigator.
Pro tip 2: If you forget what you need to do for any given quest, use the quest log to find out your current goal(s).
Pro tip 3: If you come across a problem which you cannot solve by yourself, try asking another player in the chat or on the forum in
this section of the forum.
Pro tip 4: Mentors

are players whose special responsibility is to assist other players, especially new players. Mentors have

symbol next to their name in the list of players on the location panel. You can also see the online mentors on
here.
