We had tens of applications to be the first Consecrators in Faeo, but unfortunately we could only take 3 Humans and 3 Magmars, so to those who missed out, do not be disheartened, find a husband or wife instead! All the applications received were of the highest quality and the choice was extremely difficult, but we have settled on the following appointments:
Humans: Fabious, gutty_guy and Death Rose.
Magmars: SecretSanta, Modema and Stefan The Beast.
The Palaces are now open and Rubaddu and Langri will give you more details about getting hitched. You can also find more information on Wedding Applications forum.
The basics are:
1. Find a future wife/husband. 2. Make an application on the Wedding Applications forum. 3. Await clearance by the Guards. 4. Write to a Consecrator, sending 5 gold and a copy of your application, to arrange a time and date. 5. Buy some rings and turn up at the Palace of Marriage on time! 6. Give the Consecrator the rings and wait for them to conduct the ceremony. 7. Settle down for a life of wedded, er, bliss!
Good luck! The Administration wishes you all happy futures together!

Ladies and Gentlemen,
The amorous climate in Faeo at the moment, brought on by the summer sunshine, has led to Rubaddu and Langri taken the decision to open their Palaces of Marriage!
However, before they can do so, they need to appoint some junior Consecrators to help them conduct marriage ceremonies. The Consecrators will be appointing three juniors each.
The applications are now closed, further details will be announced on Monday 7th July. Thanks to all those who contacted us.

Once the Consecrators have been chosen and trained, you will be able to apply to marry your beloved and more details will be released about the process. In the meantime, you can now visit your local Palace of Marriage and its shop to see what rings are on offer and stock up on invitations and bouquets! Magmars will find the Palace on the Square of Fire; Humans will find it on Daylight Square.

Due to the number of requests we have had to change this and that, (and those who have abused our option to do so, for the purpose of avoiding recrimination from other players) we have decided to implement some rules and adminstration charges which have been added into the Game Rules.
New quests for level 6 warriors now accessible:
The sun is shining, the birds are singing, the flowers are...well, actually, they are not and that makes Jolly Magdalen not quite so jolly right now. The problem is, you see, that her home in Settlement Mentali has proven a popular spot with Clay Golems, who are now destroying her peace. They walk around day and night, their thunderous feet causing such a racket that no one can sleep. Even worse, they do not bother to look where they are going and have trampled all over Magdalen's pretty flowers, planted with the help of that friendly gnome, Serafim. It's high time someone stood up to these clumsy giants...!
Sporucs the Sorcerer has been enjoying the fine weather by taking the opportunity to wander in the forest. All well and good until the other day when Sporucs saw the strangest of scenes - a Black-headed snake, known for its deadly venom, bit a Kodrag but, instead of the Kodrag collapsing dead on the spot, it wandered off through the dense forest as if nothing had happened. Sporucs simply cannot understand how the Kodrag managed to survive such a bite and needs a courageous warrior to go and collect some Kodrag blood so that he can examine it properly.

Dear esteemed warriors of Faeo!
As of Thursday 19th June 2008, we are planning to restructure the forums in order to improve the way we deal with them and the way in which problems are reported. We will be removing a number of the forum sections which invite repetition or are generally unnecessary.
In return, we would ask players to make sure that, before posting a new topic, there is not already a relevant one open and that you use the forums as your first point of contacting us for all issues, not in-game chat or in-game mail.
Essentially, this new system will create two main points of contact with us. For payment errors, you should use the Payment Errors forum. For anything else, e.g. bugs, you should use the Administration section. We may add one or two other secions as necessary in the future.
Please open up this news item for full details of the new structure.
UPDATE: The new forum sections have now been implemented. In addition to the planned sections, there are also the Mentor Advice, Arena Tournaments and Clan Embassies sections. The first should be used to seek the advice of Mentors on game issues, the second to arrange tournaments, the third for clan talk.

Warriors! The time has come to forget about sitting in taverns all day long, to forget about careless wanderings, to forget about sleep! Grab your sharpest swords and axes and your toughest armour because evil is on its way and you must be ready to strike down this great and terrible monster. His name? Magish!
A long, long time ago, when Magish was the rule of a thriving empire, he did a deal with the God of all the Dead and the Damned in order to save his lands from Gorbakh's armies. He managed to save his empire but, having sold his soul, Magish turned into a monster, the Dark Governor, fated to collect the souls of the dead until the end of his days, to feed the power of the God of the All the Dead and the Damned, whose aim in life and death was to fill our world with darkness for 5000 years. But Magish's own people stood in his way and, having seeing what a monster their king had become, they immured him within the walls of his own castle, a terrifying complex known ever since as the Palaces of King Magish. The king's wife and his closest courtiers were turned, against their will, to the side of the Dark Governor as his helpers. Appointed for all eternity to guard Magish's chamber, they were imbued with immense power and evil and threaten all who cross the tomb's threshold.

But such terrible monsters do not frighten Faeo's great warriors! Courage and valour coarses through their veins! The Hunter of the Undead and great warrior, Shiko, will help all who are ready to risk everything to enter the Palaces in order to destroy Magish and his retinue. It is not one of the simplest tasks in Faeo, but it is the duty of every Faean warrior to defend the world from the ancient evil which threatens Faeo's very existence. Warriors! You must undertake raids and campaigns deep into the Palaces darkest corners to destroy the evil resident behind the locked doors and walls of Magish's eternal tomb. Doing so, you will not only earn your Hunters of the Undead reputation, but will be able to receive rare armour and weapons from the Retribution, Unicorn and Dark Mountain sets.
Only level 6+ warriors who have completed Shiko the Paladin's quest, The Palaces of King Magish, can gain access to the Palaces.

With the appearance of the wandering paladin, Shiko, a new reputation has opened up for the warriors of Ogriy and Khair - Hunters of the Undead. The growth and success of this noble reputation is dependent on successful raids to the Derelict House and the new instance, Palaces of King Magish.
But to enter the ranks of those brave destroyers of undead, you must first help Shiko unravel the secrets of some unusual inscriptions, scratched onto the walls of a crypt. In the Paladin's opinion, the inscription foretell terrible events and the growth of evil in these lands. Only by following the path of the Hunters of the Undead can we combat this coming threat.
Investigating the inscriptions, you will come across the history of some terrible happenings, which occurred in Faeo many centuries ago. You will come to understand the final fate of a once thriving empire and the miserable deal which King Magish concluded with the God of All the Dead and the Damned, the very deal which has led to today's evil. Most importantly, you will be able to become one of those who uses their sword and spills their blood to protect this percious world from the unviersal darkness and terrible curses, which the God of all the Dead and the Damned cast upon these lands.

Humans: Flying Machine: A New Attempt
Squire Voldemar's last attempt to build a flying machine ended in spectacular failure. Don't worry, he's fully recovered. In fact, he's recovered so well that he's overflowing with enthusiasm and desire to have another go. Having had a word or two with Ogriy's resident egg-head, Globius, he has a new plan... But he needs a brave warrior to help collect the necessary components for this new attempt to go where no Ogrian has gone before. Polish your sword, buff your armour - there are some monsters in need of a bashing. The Squire is relying on you...just like he always does.
Magmars: A Strange Epidemic
Sanglier the Butcher, every Khairan's favourite meat chopper, has got a problem. As bad luck would have it in these agriculturally troubled times, the incident of Zorb possession which struck down one of his herd was not an isolated case. It seems the disease is infectious and it is rapidly being transmitted through Sanglier's stables. It may well have something to do with the Blood-sucking Zigreds which swarm around the settlement at this time of year, such was the founding father's clever idea to build so near to their natural habitat. Go and have a word with the Butcher, see if you can't make sure everyone has Zorb steak on their barbecue this weekend...

Remember that strange bone you were sent off to retrieve from the Antiquarian for the local commander? Well, it turns out that there were indeed some dastardly plans hidden in the inscriptions about an attack on your capital city. It's all hand to the pump and the commander needs a trusted warrior to issue a call-to-arms across the continent, for if the rats and their allies are preparing to attack the captials, what about other regions?

Magmars, go now to Elder Vekiry and Humans head to Elder Baguron for your orders. They will tell you which of Faeo's great and good you must warn about the impending threat! Good luck! This quest is for level 2+ Magmar and Human warriors.
