Warriors! You have been summoned by your Dragons to stand up and be counted! Chaos is preparing yet another invasion of Faeo, another attmept to seize our world from us. He has already dispatched a battalion of Gungl Scouts into our world to conduct reconnaisance of our positions and strengths. The Dragons have ordered you, the warriors of Faeo, to conduct combat operations to eliminate the enemy spies and prevent the Army of Chaos's invasion, headed by General UyarrMO, into our world!

Speak with your Dragon, Erifarius or Striagorn, then hunt down and destroy the enemy scouts which may be lurking in any part of Faeo. Upon killing a Gungl, you will receive his hatchet as proof of your victory.

Magmars will find their Dragon, Striagorn, slumbering in Hell's Pass, whilst Humans will find theirs, Erifarius, playing chess with Death in the Foothills of Chions Mountains on the continent of Ogriy.

Ladies and Gentlemen of Faeo,
With the May Bank Holiday over and the sun shining over Faeo, competition time has arrived. Serious competition. We've got a minimum of 5000 to give away in clan-based competitions! Members of the Human Guards and Magmar Guards clans are not eligibile for either of these competitions.
"What must I do to earn such riches," I hear you cry?! Well, the path to wealth and glory is never an easy one, but the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow is no unattainable mirage...

Level 5 warriors and above have yet more work to do!
Magmars, Khorsungum the Mage is troubled by an imbalance in the magic equilibrium and the growing unrest of nature in Zviglod Brist. He has a bad feeling about what is going on there and suspects that the wannabe inventor, Avelius, who lives in the region, has something to do with it. He might just have upset the balance of things in Zviglod Brist and Khorsungum is seeking some hardy warriors to go and find out.
Humans, hark, the sound of a young damsel in distress...sounds like this leafy newcomer to Faeo needs some assistance. Walking lazily through Sleepy Valley you might just hear the cries of help from Edera, a strange girl who is clearly close to nature, judging from her creeper-like fingers and emerald eyes. The problem is that she has become a constant target of attack for Kakurts and tigers and needs a brave warrior to help her out of the situation she has gotten herself into. Rumour has it that an ancient form of magic, known as the Lash of Life, has something to do with it. Best you go and investigate.
Prepare for a long journey and many tough battles...

Oh, what horrors stalk our lands! Skeletal forms from another time terrify the new lands with their jangling bodies and bitter minds, dreaming of when they were a force on Faeo... But, dear warrior, what beauties, what treasures, what wonders they possess! A wanderer has told the Antiquarian many tales of the shining armour these beasts wear and now the Antiquarian wants to get his hands on it.
The exceptional strength and twisted fury of these beasts means this a quest only for the bravest and most experienced warriors of level 5 and above. If this is you, then Magmars should head to Menachem the Antique Dealer in the Valley of Fire and Humans should make their way to Samary the Antiquarian in the Outskirts of Klesva.

Forthcoming: More level 2 and level 5 quests and weddings...Keep an eye on the news pages for more.

New quest for Magmars and Humans.
Level 4 players and above only!
The forests are crawling, absolutely teeming, with destructive little beetles, known as Krobz Bark Beetles. They take up residence in the bark of bushes and trees, chewing it up and killing the plants. If things carry on as they are, Hawken the Forester and Vaslav the Ranger will soon be out of forest to protect and need some level 4 warriors to come to their aid!

Krobz Bark Beetle |

A serious pest to the forest environment, this small beetle lives in bark and wood and devours weak and sickly trees. Received: small possibility when killing an Arboris and very small possibility when killing a Young Arboris.

Hawken the Forester can be found in Zviglod Grove and Vaslav the Ranger is waiting for assistance on Light's Edge.
And if you're lucky enough to find a Queen Krobz, it might well prove very handy if some dastardly enemy dares to lay a hex on you. Find out more on the Bringers of Evil library page.

Queen Krobz Bark Beetle |

|
|
Duration |
1d |
A serious pest to the forest environment, the queen bark beetle lives in bark and wood and lay their eggs in the tunnels they gnaw in the trees. They differ from normal Krobz beetles because they possess a unique quality - a Queen Krobz beetle can be used to cleanse an organism of all medium strength negative energy. Therefore, they can be effectively used to remove the curse of a Simple Hex. It may also possibly work on the curse of Swamp Hex, but there is no chance of it removing the curse of a Gehenna Hex. Received: very small possibility when killing an Arboris and an even smaller possibility when killing a Young Arboris.

The time has come, indefatigable warriors, to learn more about your people, more about where you came from, more about the enmity which so divides Faeo.
For months now, the historians of Faeo, under the guidance of Flavviy the Wise and Pandrik the Wise, have been toiling over pages of chronicles in some ancient script, translating and researching the knowledge contained within.
Of particular interest to the Humans will be the sections The Battle of the Humans and the Dark Elves, The Murder of Phyonius the Sage and The Human Empire, whilst Magmars will no doubt be interested to read what the sections The Magmar Empire and The Assassination of Andelvan have to say. But ignore each other's stories at your own peril.
Read the latest history of Faeo now and understand the devastating impact of the Era of Change.

In a new quest for level 6 players, the old hags of Faeo, Brugil'da the Sorceress and Gredeya the Witch, have run out of the special Shizka mushroom because there is so much evil being brought to Faeo at the moment. The Shizka is a rare type of mushroom which only grows on the oldest of Arboris trees. If you fancy yourself as a bit of an expert on mushrooms, then pop along to the witches and offer your services. There may even be a brew in it for you.

Magmars can find Brugil'da in the Village of Maettro and Humans will find Gredeya in the Wild Forest.
There will be new quests for lower level players soon.
