i can't imagine that the game runs any differently for paying gamers than for non-paying gamers.
However, as a layperson, I don't understand why it should be the providers' fault. If it's their fault, all of my apps and games would run poorly, and that's not the case. Other games run smoothly and without lag for me, and there are games that are graphically much more complex than the lightly animated Feo text adventure.
