| i have this accont over 10 years... then we did not need to create MY.GAMES account, only mail and pass... so i have to creat a MY.GAMES account with mail i use to log in the game? |

| I really hope any crystal-clear clarification comes. My Acc (Mortimer Dave) is 12+ years old, when I regged then, I didnt have My.Games Acc. How should I login after 17-FEB-2021 ? And , do not tell me to read for N-th time what you wrote, I already read it, but I cannot login as Mortimer Dave in WarOfDragons WITH My-Games / My-Com account , now. What should I do ? I want to continue to play the game. |

| Same with Mortimer Dave, i tried logging in on My-Games using the email and pass I use whenever I log in on game using chrome (i use chrome since most of time i play using chrome when working) and it says invalid username and password, i tried creating a new account on my games in hopes of linking it to my WOD character but it just routes me over to create a new character. Please help |

| I am also at a loss. I am not sure I have an account on my.games -- I just have a login to the support section in my.games -- not sure how that is connected to a future login to this game ... please write crystal clear instructions, giving exact links etc telling people what to do. The instructions above are too vague and do not help in any way. |

| I was able to connect my account with my.games but i can't confirm in mail cause i have no possible way of use that mail again, i lost that email and can't enter. are you really going to loose all these players? |
