This rune bezel increases Initiative by 9, it also gives you a greater chance of delivering critical blows to an enemy via physical attack. It slightly increases your chances of stunning the enemy via physical attack and restores extra amount of HP in addition to already used elixirs of health restoration and scrolls of healing.
Can be embedded to the weapon of the bonecrusher of any level. When used on an item which already contains a runic bezel, it will replace the older one.
