An official document that enables you to take part in a lottery in honour of the ninth anniversary of Legend, which will take place on 31 Oktober. By the end of the lottery you would be able to exchange the ticket for festive treats.
You can obtain such tickets by completing special quests during the anniversary celebration. Additional tickets will be available in the curiosities shop and Premium shop beginning on 00:01 Oktober 27 to 12:00 Oktober 31 server time.
