One use expends 3 incarnums and creates a Starving Grevior or, in rare cases, a Torturous Dismemberment Grevior.
During use the reputation of the Kroffdors increases, but not to more than 1000, and its own power increases by 1. Upon reaching 200 units of power, the appliance changes into a Flaming Nevagar. |
